where the magic happens!
Post extrusion Fabrication Tooling
Prototype and short production run tooling is machined from aerospace materials. Higher production tooling and complex cavities and molds are machined from mold steel - class 1-5 to ensure longevity of the mold. Tooling is proprietary in nature. It is designed for our equipment, machinery, jigs and fixtures that are engineered and fabricated in house by our tooling department. In house tooling means a faster turn around. Once materials are received for prototyping, a 72 hour turnaround time for first sample release can be expected.
